Our Lady of Guadalupe  

Our Lady of Guadalupe is looking for someone who is bilingual, a practicing Catholic, zealous for the mission of Jesus Christ, and wants to help Fr. Adam carry that mission out here at Our Lady of Guadalupe. The position will entail secretarial and administrative tasks for the parishioners and church facilities, pastoral and stewardship tasks for parish programs and parish life, and minor bookkeeping tasks among others things. I’m looking for someone who wants to help me bring new life to the parish and call people back to the love of Jesus Christ! The position will be full time with benefits available.

One of the greatest acts of charity is to pray for the living and the dead. The greatest and most powerful prayer we have is the Mass since the fruits of the Mass are the very fruits of Jesus' redemption. For that reason, all are encouraged to have Mass offered for loved ones who have died, or even for the living who have some need. This is an ancient Catholic practice, and all are encouraged to take it up.
